Carol Jackson Reese
Carol Jackson Reese, 81, of Charleston, WV passed away at home on Sunday, May 17, 2026.
Carol dedicated over 20 years of service to the administrative division of the Charleston Police Department, where she was respected for her hard work, kindness, and commitment to others. In her free time, she loved reading, playing games, traveling and most of all spending time with family and friends making memories that will be cherished forever.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Robert Reese, Sisters Iva Hanosky, Cheri Reynolds, Regina Holmberg, Liz Aldrich and Tammy Littlefield, Daughters, Nancy McClain (Gary), Lori Wilkerson (John) and Carrie Cooper (Dennis) and grandchildren; Alyssa McClain, Ryan Lewis, Dylan Lewis, Rayce Wilkerson, Jacob Cooper and Seth Cooper and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to Loudendale Church of the Nazarene or Kanawha-Charleston Humane Society Association in her honor.
