Timothy Elvin Allen, a man of unwavering faith, profound loyalty, and immense love for his family, passed away leaving behind a legacy that will never be forgotten.
Born and raised in South Charleston, West Virginia, Timothy grew up in a close-knit, bustling home as one of 10 children. From a young age, his unique spirit and talent shone through. A naturally gifted musician, Timothy captivated everyone by playing the guitar backwards and upside down to accommodate his left-handedness. His music was the heartbeat of many gatherings, and he became a beloved fixture performing at local Moose Lodges.
Timothy was a truly gritty handyman who loved working with his hands. He spent hours crafting beautiful decorative wells and intricate birdhouses, leaving behind physical pieces of his creativity for others to enjoy. He spent his career on the road and in the community, driving trucks for Frosty Beverage and excelling as an amazing salesman. Known for his strong work ethic and charismatic personality, he turned every customer into a friend. When he wasn’t working, building, or playing music, Timothy found his peace outdoors, deeply appreciating the beauty of nature.
Above all, Timothy was defined by his complete loyalty to God, his friends, and his family. He lived his life with a rare selflessness, always putting the needs of everybody else before his own.
He is survived by his loving family: Mike Allen, Timothy Allen, Katherine Lowery, Chandler Lowery, Destiny Allen, Jordan Chandler, Mike Murphy, Josh Allen, Elvis Allen, and Kayla Allen, as well as his surviving siblings, extended family, and friends who will miss his generous heart, gritty determination, and beautiful music daily.
