Pamela Sue Schoolcraft, 60, of Elkview, WV, was called home to the Lord on January 2, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born to Helen Moore on August 4, 1965, in Columbus, OH; Pamela attended Walton High School before working for a number of years in the medical field and then as a homemaker.
Pam loved her family more than anything. She was a loving wife, mother and grandma, and a cherished friend to many.
Pam will be remembered for her kindness as well as her unwavering love for her family. She was a steady rock to lean on in times of need.
In her pastime, Pam loved feeding wildlife-especially hummingbirds, black coffee and being with her grandkids.
Pam had a way of making everyone she met feel loved and welcome in her home. She was the perfect example of a mother, wife and grandmother, always putting others before herself.
Pamela is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Paul Schoolcraft, her three children who she adored: Stephen Eastman, Chelsea (Aaron) Coulter and Andrew (Krystal) Schoolcraft as well as 3 grandchildren who were her whole world: John Eastman, Madelyn Schoolcraft and Rustin Coulter.
Pam was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Moore and sister Angela Rhodes.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Stump-Matics Funeral Home, 8539 Elk River Road North, Clendenin, WV 25045, with Pastor Stewart Cottrell officiating.
