Larry Eugene Jarrett, Sr., 83 of Elkview went to be with the Lord on January 30, 2026.
Larry was a proud Marine veteran and took great pleasure in spending time with his family. Over the years he found joy in umpiring, attending sporting events and most recently the excitement of spectating motocross events.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 43 years, Pam; his parents Benjamin and Ercell Jarrett, siblings Sam, Muriel, Richard, Kenneth, Don and Erma Lee.
He is survived by his children Larry Jr. (Lisa), Tony (Tammy), Larissa (Kirk) Eden, Lynzi (Keith) and Kaitlyn (John) Tincher; grandchildren Gary, Candace, Jordan, Austin, Makaleigh, Harmoni, Evan, Troy, Riley, Natalie, Aubrey, Jarrett, Jaxon and Jett; great grand children Chloe, Corin, Josie and Kohen; brothers David and Danny Paul; many nieces, nephews; extended family and friends.
Services will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026. Visitation will be held from 5pm until 7pm at Hafer Funeral Home. Services will begin at 7pm with Pastor Lee Swor officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Rock Cemetery, Little Sandy Rd. Elkview.
