Rocky Combs, 65, passed away on February 18, 2026.
Rocky was born on April 21, 1960, and was known as one of the kindest and most generous souls anyone could meet. He was always there for those in need—if you needed work, he provided it; if you were in trouble, he helped without hesitation. Rocky was a father figure to anyone who didn’t have one, and even those who did, offering guidance, love, and support freely. He was loved by everyone who knew him. Rocky had a special gift for making people laugh. His jokes, warm heart, and caring nature brought joy to countless friends, family members, and strangers alike. He believed in helping others and living with kindness, and his legacy of compassion will continue through the many lives he touched.
He is survived by his wife, Wendy Combs; daughter Tiffany Hammar(Mitch); daughter Samantha Combs; son Rocky Combs; grandchildren Carlos “CJ” Richmond and Ancel Kessell; sister Nina Bayes(Keenan); brother Randy Combs(Michelle); brother Timothy “Yogi” Combs; and countless nieces and nephews, some by blood and many by love, who proudly called him “Uncle Rocky.”
He was preceded in death by his father, James Ancel Combs; his mother, Claralean Combs; and brothers William “Billy” Combs and James “Jimbo” Combs. They are reunited and rejoicing in Heaven.
Rocky will be deeply missed, but his laughter, generosity, and love will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
“A cheerful heart is good medicine.” — Proverbs 17:22 and Rocky shared his medicine freely with everyone he met.
