Terri Lynn Efaw, 66, of Blount passed away March 4, 2026 at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
She was an administrative assistant for 30 years at Highland Hospital.
Preceding her in death were her son, Joseph Efaw; sisters, Debbi Hackney, Sherry Light and parents, Thomas and Alice Maxwell Light.
Surviving are her husband, David Efaw; son, Joshua Efaw; brother, Thomas ‘Chip’ Light Jr. (Susan) all of Blount.
In keeping with Terri’s requests, her cremation wishes will be honored, there will be no services and her ashes will be interred in Garten Cemetery.
