James Allen Fleck, 41 of Belle, passed away April 10, 2026 at CAMC Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2026, at Fidler and Frame Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Witcher Memorial Gardens.
