William Russell Dent, 94, of St. Albans departed this life Saturday, May 2, 2026 at home.
He was born July 22, 1931 in Charleston, WV. Son of the late, Archie and Frances (Shamblin) Dent. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jacqueline (Givan) Dent.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children as well as other family and friends.
Cremation has been observed and William will be laid to rest privately with his beloved wife in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
Good Shepherd Mortuary, 335 Fifth Avenue, South Charleston, WV 25303 has been entrusted with the arrangements.
