Mr. Orland Otho Chapman, 70, of St. Albans, formerly of Milton, WV, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Orland was born in Huntington, WV, on July 22, 1955, a son of the late Harvey and Elevena Chapman. In addition to his parents,
he was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Chapman and Larry Chapman.
He is survived by his sisters, Linda (Arnold) Reynolds, Lorine (Earl) Shull, and Serena (Chuck) Hibner; his brothers, Keith (Rita) Chapman, Darrell Chapman, and Ronnie (Bonnie) Chapman; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center and Hospice for the wonderful care and compassion shown to Orland during his time there.
At his request there will be no service.
