Jerry Lee Huffman, 74, of Scott Depot, WV, formerly of London, WV, passed away at home on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
He was a 1969 graduate of Cedar Grove High School, a Vietnam veteran, and a proud coal miner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Mary Huffman; his brother, Robert Huffman; and his sister, Billie Canterbury.
He is survived by his children, Julie Young and husband Richard of Sissonville, WV, and Jason Huffman and wife Jessica of Scott Depot, WV; his grandchildren, Amanda (Danny) Harper, Aaron Young (Casey Harper), Zander Huffman (Ella Burns), and Kylee Huffman; his brother, Kenneth (Tanna) Huffman; and his sister, Judy Peters.
He was eagerly awaiting the arrival of his first great-grandchild, Everett Bradley Harper, who is due on June 26, 2026.
Burial with Military Honors will be at 12:00 pm on Monday, June 15, 2026, at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar, WV
