Phyllis Jane White of Belle, West Virginia, passed away peacefully, leaving this world to join her beloved husband, Robert “Buddy” White Sr., whom she cherished deeply.

Born on August 15, 1946, Phyllis was the daughter of the late William “Rucker” Holstein and Lula Holstein. She was also preceded in death by her siblings Everett, Frank, Shirley, Opal, and Charles, as well as her beloved dog, Ellie, who was a faithful companion through the years.

Phyllis dedicated many years of service as a security guard for the State of West Virginia at the Diamond Building. She was known for her strong work ethic, quiet strength, and dependable nature. In her free time, she loved to read and could often be found enjoying a good book, finding both comfort and adventure within its pages.

She leaves behind her loving brother, Fred (Margaret); her stepsons, Robert White Jr. and Michael (Dennis); grandchildren Stephanie (Jason), Autumn (Nick), and Robert (Katie); as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who will forever treasure her memory. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her niece, Peggy, whose loving care and devotion brought comfort to Phyllis in her final years.

Phyllis will be remembered for her quiet kindness, her loyalty to family, and the love she shared so freely. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
