Larry Dennis Daniels
Larry Dennis Daniels, 73, of Tornado went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at his home with all of his family by his side.
Larry was an avid outdoorsman, during his free time you could find him on the New River fishing, in the woods hunting or outside taking care of all his chickens. He enjoyed collecting case knives, watching NASCAR, and the Cincinnati Reds. Larry loved his family and friends and would do anything to help them. He will be greatly missed by those that knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dennis and Laura Daniels; sons, John and Jason Daniels, and brothers Damon and William Daniels.
Larry leaves behind his loving wife Georgeanna “Lynn” Daniels; son, Anthony Daniels (Leah) of Charleston; daughters Jennifer Daniels of Tornado, and Cary Johnson (Douglas) of South Charleston; brother, David Daniels; sisters, Donna Cogar, and Vesta Reid; he also is survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor David Carney officiating. Burial will follow at the Daniels Family Cemetery on Newhouse Drive in Charleston.
Visitation will be from 12:00pm-1:00pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Hafer Funeral Home.
