Diane L. Halley, 78, of Poca, formerly of St. Albans, passed away April 7, 2026.
Diane was a proud graduate of St. Albans High School and dedicated many years of service to City National Bank before her retirement. She will be remembered for her steadfast work ethic, quiet strength, and the care she showed to those around her.
She was the daughter of the late Gerald and Ruby Deal.
Diane is survived by her loving companion of 28 years, Mr. David R. Means, whose devotion and companionship brought her great comfort and joy.
In keeping with her wishes, private family services will be held. Burial will follow at Haven of Rest Memory Gardens in Red House, West Virginia.
