Brigid Carleton, born Dec 22, 1972, of Clendenin, WV passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Hubbard House Hospice June 7th, 2026.
Originally from Dorchester, MA. Brigid was a professional photographer, loved fishing, one of the most honest people I ever met, very compassionate, always helping others, she will be dearly missed by all.
Brigid was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Corina (Kane) Carleton and her brother Liam.
She is survived by her wife Karen Elmore, brothers Sean (Susan) Carleton, Lorcan (Nicole) Carleton and sister Deirdre (Thomas) Yelverton, sister-in-law Hazel (Liam), nieces and nephews Clara, Sophie, Matthew, Holden, Summer, Bear & Magnus, brother-in-law David (Laura) Elmore, many friends, cousins, aunts & uncles in the US and Ireland.
Per Brigid’s request, she will be cremated and no services at this time.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hubbard House Hospice.
