Evelyn Marie Stover, 79, of Pinch, WV, was called to her heavenly home on June 14, 2026.
She was born on September 11,1946 to Russell and Lettie Mae Norman, both of whom predeceased her. Evelyn had 7 siblings, Mildean Rogers, Don Norman, Shirley Kelly, Chuck, Gene, Dave and Jerry Norman.
Evelyn was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She loved taking care of her family and her beloved dog Abie. She enjoyed spending her days with family and friends and loved to laugh, shop, read and crochet.
Evelyn leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with her husband of 59 years, Rusty Stover, Sr. , Sons Rusty (Kim) Stover, Greg (Jennifer) Stover, Granddaughter, Chelsie Marie Stover, Grandsons Collin (Amy), Chase (Halie), Justin (Emma) Stover, as well as her beautiful great granddaughter Emarie Rae Stover, whom she adored.
A service will be held in honor of Evelyn’s memory and life journey at Hafer Funeral Home at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Hafer Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 5pm-6pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at the funeral home.
Graveside service will be 11:00am Wednesday at Elk Hills Memorial Mausoleum, Big Chimney.
