Mrs. Barbara Joyce Huffman, 78 of St. Albans, born June 11, 1948, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord on August 8, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and kindness.
Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Charles Huffman; her parents, Pearl Lucille Knight and Elmo Zane Knight; and her sister, Betty Jo.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Michelle Carter and Shannon Fatla; her eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and the many family members and friends whose lives were brighter because of her love.
Barbara was a light in the lives of so many. Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Though our hearts grieve her absence, we find comfort in knowing she is at peace, free from pain, and reunited with those who went before her.
In accordance with Barbara’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and no public services will be held.
