Peggy spent most days sitting in her recliner where she could see outside. She enjoyed watching all the neighbor kids playing in the yard. She looked forward to evenings with Mark. They discussed their day, the weather and other current events and watched Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. She loved the Kansas City Chiefs. She loved a “good meal” from a restaurant, which meant anything Lisa didn’t cook. She especially looked forward to the dessert. She loved talking to her friends, Linda Siers and Katie Tolley on the phone. She enjoyed passing time working jigsaw puzzles during the cold months. On sunny, warm days she enjoyed sitting outside on the porch. She looked forward to Lucas being in town for a visit. She loved her neighbors RD, Jodi, Claire and Sadie.
Peggy had a close relationship with her niece, Brenda. They would laugh as they reminisced about days gone by. She always looked forward to Brenda’s visits.
Most of all, she cherished time spent with her family.
