Linda L. Anderson (Hizer), 75, of Clendenin, West Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
Linda was a beautiful woman, both inside and out, with a sweet nature and a tenacious spirit. In her younger years, she had a love for adventure and a willingness to embrace whatever life brought her way. She was strong-willed, determined, and resilient, with a drive that carried her through life’s challenges and inspired those around her.
Linda was more than a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a best friend, a loyal companion, and someone whose presence could never be replaced. Her strength, determination, and love will live on in the lives she touched and the memories she leaves behind.
Linda was the beloved wife of Larry W. Anderson, with whom she shared 57 years of marriage. Together, they built a life filled with family, love, and countless memories.
In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by her three children, Scott Anderson (Lisa), Jason Anderson (Julie), and Amy Anderson-Hawley (James) and her precious fur babies Luke and Lacey.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Hayle Graham, Tyler Hoffman, Hollie Anderson, Kayle Hoffman, Virginia Anderson, Emily Young, Andrew Anderson, and Christine Young, as well as three great-grandchildren.
Linda is also survived by her siblings, Julia Siders and Bobby Hizer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Christine Hizer, and her siblings, Joyce Kidd, George Hizer, Jack Hizer, and Sandra Kidd.
In accordance with Linda’s wishes, services will be held privately with her family.
