Rita Faye Carr, 62, of Blount passed away February 2, 2026 at home.
She was a healthcare provider for Special Touch Nursing Services, who loved crafts, her four dogs and her grandkids.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Jerry Carr; parents, Russell and Wilma White Copen; sisters, Debra Belcher, Robin Larch and brother, William Copen.
Surviving are her companion, Dewey Bruce Belcher; son, Bruce Carr (Chelsie) of Dunbar; daughter, Tracy Carr of Charleston; sisters, Pamela Peck (Doug) of Charleston, Vickie Peck of Charleston and grandchildren, Brynlee Carr and Gunner Allen.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Fidler and Frame Funeral Home, Belle.
