Cindy Bernice West, 52, of Grantsville WV, passed away on February 16, 2026, at home with her husband by her side.
She was born on March 30, 1973, to Ronald Dale Miller and Judy Marie Miller in Ohio. Cindy is proceeded in death by several angels blessings and her daughters Brittany Shiane Jones and Baby Girl Kayla.
Surviving is her husband Jimmy Lee Parsons, Sr.; sons, James Jones, Jr. of Grantsville WV and Aaron West, (Alyssa) of Salem, Virginia; and grandson Reese Nicholas Jones of Grantsville, WV. Also surviving her are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Cindy embodied a radiant spirit of kindness, spreading boundless love whenever she went. Her heart swelled with joy from fishing, camping, embracing the outdoors, and cherishing moments with her kids and family. Forever etched in the hearts of her loved ones, she leaves an enduring legacy of warmth, protection, and unwavering devotion. The luminous warmth of her presence, the compassion of her soul, and the gentle resilience she exemplified will envelop her family in days to come. Though her physical presence may fade, the profound impact of her selfless love will resonate through generations. To have experienced Cindy’s love was to know the essence of tender care.
