Virginia Marie Starcher, 66, of Chloe, WV, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026 in Chloe, West Virginia.
She was born on June 17, 1959, a daughter of the late Glen Eugene Starcher and Freda Marion Stemple Norman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers David, John and Toney, and sister Linda.
Virginia is survived by her loving children Kenneth Hannah (spouse Connie) Orma, Ronnie Hannah (spouse Christina) Big Springs, and Rebecca Snider (spouse Jacob) Big Springs. She was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Virginia is also survived by her six siblings Alfred Starcher, Richard Starcher, Carolyn Sue Carpenter, Freda Kay King, Norma Starcher and Freddie Starcher.
Virginia will be remembered for her infectious laughter, love of baking, and unwavering support for her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., 107 Market Street, Grantsville, WV 26147, at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Tim Davis officiating.
