Orville Kenneth Belcher, 75, of Blount passed away March 9, 2026 at home.
He was a retired construction worker, having worked last for Kanawha Stone. Orville was a member of Rensford Independent Missionary Baptist Church, Moose Lodge #1444 and a fan of Sci-Fi Movies.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Dewey and Ruby Schoolcraft Belcher; companion, Ruth Brown and ex-wife, Debra Copen Belcher.
Surviving are his son, Kenney Belcher (Shanon Larwa) of Charleston; brother, Bruce Belcher of Charleston; sisters, Marion Baechle (Jim) of Westlake, Ohio, Virginia Lee of Belpre, Ohio, Katy Elswick of Charleston; granddaughter, Sophie Belcher and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Fidler and Frame Funeral Home, Belle. A gathering of his family and friends will be held one hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Saturday. In keeping with Orville’s requests, his cremation wishes have been honored.
