On April 3, 2026 Wilma Stephens Sapp gained her Wings at the Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.

She was born on December 8, 1952 to the late Lloyd and Jewel Stephens. Wilma was a retired Postmaster from the United States Postal Service with 35 years of service and loved doing any kind of crafts. God was her true love, doing her best to touch lives and encourage others to serve God

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by here husband, Earl Sapp and brother, Charles Stephens.

Surviving and left to cherish her memory are her step-daughter, Jody Glocke (Brian) of Florida; brother, Lloyd Eugene Stephens of Comfort; sisters, Phyllis Jordan of Seth; sister-in-law, Betsy Stephens of Iola, Kansas; two grandsons and several nieces and nephews, who she loved to spoil.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2026 at Pineview Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, Orgas with Pastor Roger Halstead. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the mausoleum chapel on Thursday.
