Edward Lee Burns, 76 of Mammoth, passed from this life on April 4, 2026.
Edward was a retiree of Cabot Oil & Gas, Glasgow, with over 43 years of service. He was an avid hunter & fisherman & loved camping at Sherwood Lake.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents, Dean & Glennis, his brother James and his beloved wife Brenda. He is survived by his daughter Dana, grandson Evan, brother Carlos Ray & his sisters in law Charlotte Jewell and Kelly Proctor all of Mammoth.
Dad was a good man. A hard worker, a good provider, a great dad, grandfather, brother and friend. He was a man of his word and will be missed by many and mourned by his family forever. Mr. America finally got his wings!
The family would like to thank Robby, Scott & Cameron Jewell, Ben Winfree, Marsha & Melissa Burns, Brad Thomas & Eric Stone for being there when they were needed the most.
Service will be on Friday, April 10th at 1pm at the Burns cemetery in Mammoth with Pastor Roy Boyd officiating.
