On April 14, 2026, David “Buba” Austin Tully passed away at Hubbard Hospice House due to complications following a motorcycle accident.
David was preceded in death by his grandmother, Carolyn Sue Shafer, and his grandfather, Ray Austin Crockett, as well as several other family members.
He is survived by his fiancée, Ashley Williams; his three sons, Conner Tully, Colten Tully, and Josh Vandle; his father, David Tully (Cheryl ); and his mother, Claudia Carter. He is also survived by his two sisters, Feather Casto (Corey) and Shelly Harper (Jada), along with his nephews and niece, Austin Runnels, Mckenzie Runnels, Bryon Freeman, and Steven Freeman. He also leaves behind his beloved cousin Logan Layne and many more who loved him.
David ran his own construction and plumbing business, Tully Builders, alongside his father. He lived life to the fullest and was always the first to show up when a friend or family member needed help. Above all else, his boys were his world, and there was nothing he wouldn’t do for them.
