On May 3, 2026, Phillip Allen Bricker passed from this earthly life at the age of 55.
He had been struggling with severe diabetes for many years and he died in his home in Charleston, West Virginia.
Survived by his mother, Dianna Simms, his sister Beth Bricker, his brother, Jeff Bricker and his son Josh Bricker, Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Ted Bricker and his two sisters, Kelly and Rebecca. He was currently employed at the Zion Development Center in Charleston. Phillip studied culinary science at Garnet Adult Educational Center and had worked at the Marriott and other restaurants in the area. He liked to hand carve walking sticks and grow his own herbs. Along with being an animal lover, cooking and gardening were his passions.
A tribute to his life will be held at a later date.
