Rosemary Criniti Wills, 84, formerly of Belle, WV, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2026, from Alzheimer’s surrounded by family at McLeod Seacoast Medical Center (Hospice Care Program), Little River, SC. Rosemary was born on January 22, 1942, to the late James and Mary Criniti.
The enjoyment of Rosemary’s life was her family and above all her six grandchildren whom she loved dearly and was very active in their lives. Rosemary was a devoted registered nurse, retiring from the Upper Kanawha Valley Health Clinic in Cedar Grove, WV, where she worked from 1977-2006, gaining lifelong friendships. Rosemary dearly loved and was thankful for all her neighbors on North Belle Drive, Belle, WV. Rosemary was raised under the Catholic faith attending, St. Anthony’s, Boomer, WV, Immaculate Conception, Montgomery, WV, and St. John’s in Belle, WV.
Rosemary was greeted in heaven with open arms by her beloved husband of 57 years, James E. Wills; parents, James and Mary Criniti; brother, James R. Criniti and sister, Constance Argento.
Rosemary will be truly missed by her daughter, Stephanie (Ken) Lemmert of Southport, NC, daughter, Antoinette (Whitney) Johnson of Pawleys Island, SC and son, Steve Wills of St. Albans, WV. Her precious grandchildren, Adam (Kristin) Lemmert of Greensboro, NC, Erica (Scott) Carter of Huntingtown, MD, Kendall (Bryson) Roberts of Charleston, SC, Abigail (Will) Akers of Summerville, SC, Jaden (Cameron) Wills of Morgantown, WV, and Jaret Wills of St. Albans, WV. Adored by her great grandchildren, Ella, Parker, and Mason Lemmert, Myla and Colton Carter and Brody Roberts.
Rosemary is also survived by her sister-in-law, Doris Criniti; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Susie Riddle; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David and Debbie Clonch; brother-in-law, Mike Wills and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Montgomery WV, with Father Baok officiating. Interment will follow at the Montgomery Memorial Park, London, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the church on Saturday.
