Deborah Lynn ‘Debbie’ Pernell, 64, of Elkview went home to the Lord on August 17, 2026 after a brief battle with cancer with her loving husband at her side.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Mark; daughter, Rebecca Letendre (Bob) of Oak Harbor, Washington; son, Joshua Hileman (Merry) of Orange City, Florida; step-children, Robbie, Jennifer, Lindsey, Holly; brother, William Toler (Trish) of Chapmanville; nieces and nephews that she loved very much and friends that offered everything from prayers to rides to appointments and plowing the driveway.
In keeping with Debbie’s requests, her cremation wishes will be honored and there will be no services.
In honor of her memory, donations to the Hospice House would be greatly appreciated.
