Orena Mae Landers, 71, of Poca passed away November 2, 2026, at Heritage Center Nursing Home in Huntington, WV.
She was born on October 5, 1955, in South Charleston, the daughter of the late Ira and Nellie Withrow Bailes. She was also preceded in death by her brothers: Bill, Leonard, Foster, Huston, and Garlen, sisters: Bernice May, Lona and Ellen.
Orena is survived by her sister Lois Oliver of Big Rock TN, children: Charity White and husband Joey of Poca, Nellina Shock and husband Jeffrey of Scott Depot, and Dwain Landers and wife Beth of Red House. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, November 6, 2026, at Cooke Funeral Home, Nitro. Graveside services will be held at a later date.
