Jerry Allen Hudnall Sr. 74, (Sideman) of Cedar Grove, passed away on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026, at Cabell Huntington Hospital with his family by his side. He was born May 8th, 1952, to the late Bobby G. Hudnall and Elinor Helmick Hudnall. He was also preceded in death by his son, Jerry (Streaker) Hudnall; his brother, Bobby W. Hudnall. Jerry is survived by his wife, Diane Brugge Hudnall of 54 years; daughter, Cindy McCallister (Billy) of South Charleston; grandsons, Ryan McCallister, Michael McCallister, and Shawn McCallister all South Charleston and Tyler Hudnall of Cedar Grove; sisters, Debbie Cox (Tom) of Cedar Grove, Sue Ann Easterday (Mark) of Cross Lanes, and Kimberly Hudnall (Coral) of North Carolina. Jerry loved being outdoors, riding his 4-wheeler with family and friends. He enjoyed gardening and mushroom hunting. He also liked working on vehicles in his spare time. The family wants to extend a special thank you to the doctors and staff at CAMC Memorial Hospital and Cabell Huntington Hospital for their compassionate care of Jerry, and Cooke Funeral Home of Cedar Grove. In Honoring Jerry’s wishes, his body was cremated and there will be no services.
