Charlotte Ann White, born July 20, 1950, went home to be with the Lord April 18, 2026, with family by her side.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Clara and Thomas Haynes, and her life partner, Wayne Bostic.
Surviving children include Karen Hughes, Richie (Michael) White, and Tammy of Sissonville and their father Darrell White; brothers include Tommy Michael and Rex Haynes. sister Janette Dennison. sisters Phyllis Taylor, Linda Griffith, Judith Hall, and Sandra Haynes.
Grandchildren include Malarie Newhouse, Josh of Cross Lanes, Kayla Craig and Dallas of St. Albans, Michael White, Sarah, Dalton White, Whitney, Tracie White, Angel, Ryan White, and Kaileigh.
Great-grandchildren include Raighan Newhouse, Remi and Kimber Hughes, Michael Hunter White, Zaelynn White, Presley and Gracelynn White, Silas Bailey, Kourtnea White, Alivia Beane, and Cameron Baldwin.
Charlotte loved her bluegrass music and her “old school” rock. She loved playing her guitar and singing. She enjoyed being around her family and was loved by everyone. She loved fishing and the outdoors, and listening to her CDs and cassettes. She will be missed by many.
A celebration of life will be held at Red Oak Community Church in Nitro on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 2:30–4:30.
