It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to William Allen Carter, a devoted father, cherished family man, and beloved friend. Born on 10/22/1972, he passed away on 05/18/2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and strength.

William dedicated his life to providing comfort, guidance, and support to those he loved. His unwavering integrity, compassion, and unwavering faith touched everyone around him. Whether through his wise words, hearty laughter, or selfless acts of kindness, he made the world a better place for all who knew him.

He was a pillar of his family, always putting their needs before his own and inspiring us to be better every day. His passions included spending time with his grandchildren as well as working on things in the front yard , and he found joy in sharing those moments with his loved ones.

Though we mourn his loss, we also celebrate his remarkable life and the memories we cherish forever. His spirit will continue to guide us, and his love will remain in our hearts eternally.

He leaves behind his beloved children, Dwayne and Cecily Carter ,Breanna Smith, Camisha bays, Keisha workman, grandchildren, Carly,Pystol,Nevaeh,Chevy and Lakelyn Carter, Trent Baldwin, Gunner Abernathy, Laci Ellis,McKenzie Midkiff, Skylar Mollett, Madelyn Baldwin, Mya Baldwin, Landon Workman also many friends who will forever hold his memory close.

Rest in peace, William Carter. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Your legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on in all of us.

Cremation has been observed and no services will be held.

Bollinger Funeral Home 420 Lee Street, W., Charleston, WV 25302 has been entrusted with the arrangements.
