Virginia Louise “Lou” Farmer, 87 of St. Albans went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 23, 2026.
She was born in St. Albans, WV on May 20, 1939, to the late Richard and Mary Francis Neal II.
She is also preceded in death by her son Lewis Farmer; grandson Jeremy Farmer siblings: Richard A. Neal III, Shirley Neal, Palmer Neal, Jerome Neal, Dorthea Britt, Sandra Woods and Ryland Neal.
Left to mourn her are her children: Gregory Farmer, Cheyenne Farmer, Anthony Farmer, and Terri Pleasant; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Siblings left to mourn her are: William Neal, Marilyn Gray, Rosita Neal, Regina Neal, and Deborah Ziegler.
She will be loved and missed by all.
A celebration of life service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday May 30, 2026 at Risen City Baptist Church with Pastor Michael Farmer officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:30 PM, prior to the services.
