Gregory Lee Wolfe
November 19, 1971 – June 2, 2026
Gregory Lee Wolfe, 54, passed away on June 2, 2026, following a short illness.
Greg was a man who dedicated his life to serving others. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and went on to spend his life’s work in emergency medical services. As a paramedic, Greg cared for countless individuals in their times of greatest need. Later in his career, he shared his knowledge and passion by educating and mentoring future generations of paramedics, leaving a lasting impact on the profession he loved.
Outside of his work, Greg enjoyed many of life’s simple pleasures. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and enjoyed football and found great joy in hunting and fishing. Whether spending time outdoors, cheering on his favorite teams, or gathering with family and friends, Greg valued the relationships and experiences that made life meaningful.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Terry and Beverly Wolfe.
He is survived by his loving daughters, McKenzie Wolfe and Ali (Beth) Wolfe; his cherished grandchildren, Bailey, Eli, Lila, and Luca; his sister, Tracy (Jason) Cook; and his nephews, Jase and Jax. He also leaves behind many friends, colleagues, and extended family members who will deeply miss him.
Honoring Greg’s wishes, he will be cremated.
A memorial service celebrating Greg’s life will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at Belle Church of the Nazarene. Friends may begin arriving at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cedar Grove Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box S, Cedar Grove 25039.
Greg’s life was defined by service, compassion, and dedication to others. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched, the students he mentored, and the family he loved so dearly.
The family would like to thank CAMC General Hospital MICU for their wonderful care of Greg. Justin, Halie, and Vivian were absolutely amazing nurses that showed great compassion!
