Dear Family and Friends,
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dale Allen Foster, 71, of Charleston, WV, who passed away on the morning of February 13, 2026, following a stroke.
Dale was a 1973 graduate of Nitro High School and a dedicated member of the IBEW 466 union. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hustion and Erma “Ruth” Foster, and his sister, Darlene Foster, all of Scott Depot, WV.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Foster; his son, Jeremy Foster; and his three grandchildren, Christina, Owen, and Haylee Foster.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on February 28, 2026, at the Baber Agee Church activity building from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Food will be provided, so we kindly ask that you notify the family if you plan to attend so we can ensure an accurate headcount.
