Harry Wayne Spring, 83, of Hurricane, WV passed away peacefully on May 4, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on January 14, 1943 in Marion, Ohio to Fred and June Rice Spring. Harry lived a life marked by quiet strength, unwavering love, and deep devotion to his family and faith. A proud Navy veteran, he carried the same loyalty and dedication he showed in service into every part of his life.

Harry’s faith was the cornerstone of his life. A loyal member of Hikes Point Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky, he lived with kindness, patience, and integrity. His faith guided his every action and inspired those around him to live with the same love and care that he did.

He was a man who found joy in both work and family. Harry was also a dedicated owner and operator of a dental laboratory for many years. He truly loved what he did, and his work was never simply a job to him — it was a source of pride, joy, and passion throughout his life.

Above all else, Harry’s heart belonged to his family. As a devoted husband to Alechia Carolyn Spring, he shared a life of love, partnership, and laughter. As a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he delighted in every milestone, every smile, and every shared moment. He brought comfort, guidance, and laughter to generations of loved ones. Nothing mattered more to him than the people he loved, and nothing brought him greater pride than watching his family grow.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Alechia Carolyn Spring; children Michael Spring (Kerri), April Miller (Arlyn), and Melanie Beebe (Chandler); sisters Judy Armbruster (Jim) and Donna Broaddus (Ed); grandchildren Bryce, Bradyn (Madelyn), Brooklyn, Corbin (Bree), Devin (Courtney), and Ethan; great-grandchildren Evelyn and Atlas; and his cherished sister-in-law, Debbie Smith, who stood side by side with Alechia every step of the way. He is also remembered fondly by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great niece and many friends whose lives were touched by his kindness.

Harry’s love, faith, and steady presence will be his lasting legacy. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.

Military Interment to be scheduled at a later date.
