Orville Lee Siders, 85, of Clendenin, West Virginia, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones, Sunday, August 9, 2026, at WVU Thomas Memorial Hospital, Charleston, West Virginia.
He was born May 16, 1941, at Charleston, WV, a son of the late Glen Louis Siders and Leona Wolfe Siders.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Mullins Siders; grandson Michael Richard; brothers Ralf, Paul, Chilton, James, Glen, Wilbor, and sisters Thelma (Sis) Derman, Erthalee Siders.
Left behind to cherish his memories are his Companion Donna Siders; Daughter Kelly Siders Murdock; stepdaughters Tina, Crystal, and Heather; grandchildren Charlie, Codie, Chase, Colton, Dalton, Mia; step-grandchildren Lisa, Brian, Whitney, Jacob, Joshua, Jeremy, Alex, Tyler, Paul Zane; 16 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was the owner of Conquest Builders Construction Co. He was a very talented carpenter and musician who lead his own band, Country Siders Band. Orville was a great man who bought life to the party and put a smile on everyone’s face. He will be missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know him.
A memorial service will be held at Stump-Matics Funeral Home, 8539 Elk River Road North, Clendenin, WV, on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., with Pastor Clarence Deel officiating.
